She’s not just an entrepreneur; she’s a marketing and branding expert, a certified chef, an educator, a creative powerhouse and a devoted philanthropist. Brittini’s journey exemplifies the incredible possibilities that unfold when passion and persistence intersect.
Pivoting Towards Passion
In 2007, fresh out of college, Brittini faced challenges of breaking into the marketing industry. Undeterred, she pivoted towards her culinary arts, where she pursued a degree from Johnson & Wales University. Her degree in culinary landed her an opportunity to teach Culinary Arts to high schoolers in Bavaria, Germany.
